What you will do

• Analyze financial data and performance metrics to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process by preparing models and developing financial plans.
• Prepare regular financial reports and provide strategic recommendations to the business.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results against budgeted and forecasted figures.
• Provide ad hoc financial analysis and support to various departments and management.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Operations, and Marketing teams to gather data and insights.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for conveying complex financial information.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Must have the legal right to work in the US without the need for visa sponsorship.
