Strategic Finance Manager (AI)

What you will do

• Build financial models for deals and partnerships, product and channel economics, cost structures, and investment decisions.
• Support and update the corporate financial model using bottoms-up business inputs.
• Partner with sales, GTM, engineering, research, and finance leadership to translate business activity into financial frameworks.
• Develop cost and investment models for compute, infrastructure, headcount, and R&D resource planning.
• Identify financial risks and opportunities and help structure decisions balancing growth with returns.
• Improve financial templates, assumptions libraries, and team processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in strategic finance or FP&A at a high-growth technology company, management consulting, investment banking, or a similar field.
• Strong financial modeling skills, including building clean and auditable models from scratch.
• Experience with deal economics, revenue modeling, or commercial finance at a technology company.
• Understanding of cost-side modeling, including compute, headcount, and infrastructure costs.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, GTM, engineering, research, and finance leadership while maintaining rigor.
• Ability to operate independently in ambiguous situations, take initiative, and bring structure and curiosity to open-ended problems.
