What you will do

• Provide real-time engineering support to production teams to ensure safety, quality, and labor targets are met.
• Maintain standard work, labor standards, and visual controls for assigned production areas.
• Identify and eliminate waste, variation, and rework through continuous improvement efforts.
• Partner with QA to implement mistake-proofing and conduct root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, leads, and maintenance teams to improve equipment reliability and process flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 3–7 years of experience in manufacturing, production engineering, or operations support.
• Hands-on experience in high-volume or fulfillment-style operations.
• Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
• Ability to work directly on the production floor in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual Spanish is preferred.
