What you will do

• Design and build the quality engineering team from the ground up as a founding member.
• Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and external partners to implement data-driven quality processes.
• Evaluate new and existing suppliers to ensure adherence to internal quality standards and controls.
• Analyze field returns to identify design improvements and drive corrective actions.
• Establish test parameters, pass/fail limits, and overall test strategies with the internal test team.
• Ensure external manufacturing partners meet all compliance and certification requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Quality, Supplier Quality, or Supplier Industrialization.
• Experience in Aerospace, Automotive, or Autonomous Vehicles.
• Strong track record in supplier evaluation and management.
• Proficiency in statistical quality control analysis.
• Expertise in problem-solving tools such as 8D, 5 Whys, and fishbone diagrams.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and satisfy potential national security-related scrutiny.
