What you will do

• Build TV attribution models (uplift, time-series, conversion windows) and analyze incremental media impact.
• Develop ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to automate data ingestion from media platforms and research providers.
• Create executive and operational dashboards using Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Standardize marketing KPIs and translate complex data into clear narratives for non-technical audiences.
• Build internal AI agents for automated reporting, campaign QA, and performance monitoring.

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of experience in Marketing, Data, or Growth Analytics.
• Mandatory strong SQL skills, including joins, window functions, and query optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Python, specifically pandas, APIs, and ETL workflows.
• Knowledge of basic statistics and a structured mindset with business sense.
• Advanced English level.
