What you will do

• Maintain accurate program data and validate records within SAP ERP systems for the U.S. Pet Health organization.
• Create and maintain Excel dashboards to track clinic enrollment, issue trends, and operational performance.
• Drive day-to-day execution of pet health programs, monitoring open items and ensuring process accountability.
• Provide operational support to field sales representatives and business stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot consumer rebate platform issues and support projects like ACH payment conversion.

Requirements

• Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico (Hybrid role).
• High School Diploma / GED.
• Minimum 2 years of data entry or related office experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, PivotTables, data validation).
• Experience creating and maintaining dashboard reporting.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting consumer rebate, loyalty, or promotional programs.
• Experience working with veterinary clinics or pet health programs.
• Experience using SAP ERP systems.
• Experience partnering with field sales teams for issue resolution.
