Business Analyst (SAP)

TL;DR

What you will do

• Analyze current and future state business processes across enterprise ERP applications.
• Partner with business stakeholders to identify operational needs and system challenges.
• Perform gap analysis to identify process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
• Define business scenarios, test cases, and acceptance criteria, supporting SIT and UAT.
• Support deployment readiness, post-go-live stabilization, and user training activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise ERP applications.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong understanding of core ERP process areas such as Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, or Global Trade Management.
• Ability to work with cross-functional global teams across different time zones.
• Ability to work on site in hirify.global offices in Tijuana, Mexico City, or Queretaro.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting compliance-oriented or trade-related regulated business processes.
• Experience working in multi-country ERP landscapes.
• Exposure to SAP-integrated platforms such as Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE, Salesforce, or iValua.
• Ability to analyze data using tools like Excel, SQL, or Power BI.
• Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, and enterprise documentation standards.
