Business Analyst (React)

Location: Remote or hybrid from Bulgaria, Georgia, Lithuania, Moldova, or Poland

hirify.global is delivering a Member Management System initiative for a fast-growing fitness operator with more than 70 locations across the United States.

What you will do

• Conduct structured interviews with client stakeholders, operations staff, club managers, power users, and subject matter experts.
• Analyze the existing platform and document module-level features across members, scheduling, billing, subscriptions, personal training, access control, POS, KidCare, and corporate operations.
• Document business rules, workflows, operational requirements, feature dependencies, and process gaps.
• Facilitate MVP scoping discussions, define in-scope and out-of-scope functionality, and help prevent scope creep.
• Support roadmap planning, operational cost assessment, ROI modeling, delivery approach definition, and final assessment documentation.
• Maintain clear communication between business stakeholders and delivery teams through regular business-facing meetings.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Experience conducting stakeholder interviews and translating operational workflows into structured documentation.
• Strong skills in documenting business rules, workflows, requirements, scope decisions, and feature dependencies.
• Experience evaluating software platforms and classifying features as MVP, post-MVP, removable, or off-the-shelf.
• Experience facilitating workshops and supporting roadmap planning, MVP definition, and business or financial modeling.
• English level: B2 or higher. Comfortable working with GitHub and Markdown-based documentation.

• Experience with subscription-based membership businesses, fitness operations, or multi-location operations.
