What you will do

• Provide expert functional support for Calypso Back Office product issues via the ticketing system.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues, providing functional guidance or escalating to technical teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners on Exchange-Traded Derivatives and regulatory reporting matters.
• Maintain deep subject-matter expertise in asset classes and industry trends.
• Mentor new team members and contribute to product and client experience improvement projects.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Exchange-Traded Derivatives, regulatory reporting (CFTC/Exchange), and margin calculations.
• Experience analyzing and resolving functional issues within Calypso or similar post-trade systems.
• Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate complex information clearly.
• Problem-solving mindset with experience working alongside technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• Must be based in Mexico City and able to work in-office at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of trade capture, valuation, workflows, settlements, or collateral management.
• Experience in capital markets, fintech, or regulated environments.
