What you will do
- Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including object configuration, custom fields, layouts, validation rules, and flow automations.
- Champion the adoption and configuration of AI-powered workflows, agents, and prospecting tools like Clay.
- Administer core Revenue tools such as Vitally, Salesloft, and Docusign, ensuring seamless cross-platform data syncs.
- Partner with GTM stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable tool configurations and process improvements.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to provide leadership with visibility into pipeline health and team performance.
Requirements
- Must be based in Bogota, Colombia
- 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience (100+ users) within B2B SaaS or fintech environments.
- Proven experience using modern LLM tools (e.g., Claude) to enhance productivity and research.
- Ability to write and execute complex SOQL queries and a strong understanding of Revenue system data architecture.
- Experience administering at least one additional Revenue tool beyond Salesforce (e.g., Salesloft, Docusign, Clay).
- Basic understanding of backend system architecture and database query languages to investigate integration bugs.
Nice to have
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder certification.
- Ability to develop and maintain Apex-based automations.
- Experience with CS platforms such as Vitally, Totango, or Gainsight.
- Familiarity with RevOps workflows, including pipeline management and contract lifecycle.
