What you will do

• Provide clear, timely, and objective communication between Cohere's technical organization, leadership, and strategic external partners.
• Translate complex technical issues into actionable strategies to align engineering with product, business, and marketing goals.
• Create and manage program schedules, identify critical dependencies, and drive organizational alignment.
• Execute project plans to ensure on-time delivery and establish rigorous checkpoints for status updates.
• Proactively identify and resolve cross-functional dependencies and prioritize impacts on product quality and schedules.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Engineering or Technical Program Manager.
• 2+ years of experience in customer-facing technical delivery focused on enterprise-grade AI software or ML solutions.
• Must be based in Korea.
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to track detailed action items in highly technical environments.
• Ability to hold leaders and individual contributors accountable while remaining diplomatic.

Nice to have

• Knowledge or practical experience with LLM training or optimization.
