What you will do

• Develop and maintain living account strategies aligned on long-term objectives.
• Drive value-driven delivery, ensuring customers realize tangible business value from the platform.
• Lead and mentor a small team of elite technical contributors, unblocking workflows and coaching through customer interactions.
• Navigate enterprise politics, build multi-level relationships, and drive consensus among stakeholders.
• Exercise decisive judgment to escalate or resolve issues calmly under pressure.
