What you will do
- Drive business development in the A&D sector by proactively identifying and qualifying new opportunities.
- Shape the A&D go-to-market strategy through events, content, and capability development.
- Lead proposal development, scoping, and discovery conversations with senior engineering and manufacturing leaders.
- Manage enterprise delivery projects, establishing technical plans and ensuring customer outcomes and adoption.
- Own strategic relationships with senior stakeholders to drive retention and footprint expansion.
- Synthesize customer needs into actionable feedback to shape the evolution of the PX Platform.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Aerospace & Defense in commercial, product, program, or engineering roles.
- Deep understanding of aircraft development, defense acquisition, and advanced manufacturing.
- Technical depth in ML and data science to lead conversations and scope technical work.
- Must be authorized to receive software or technology controlled under U.S. export control laws (EAR/ITAR) without sponsorship for an export license.
- Ability to travel to customer sites and industry events, on average 1-2 weeks per month.
