What you will do

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all corporate variable openings, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling.
• Partner with functional leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to understand hiring needs and execute effective recruiting processes.
• Proactively attract world-class talent using active sourcing campaigns, job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Provide a transparent, considerate, and timely candidate experience.
• Strengthen the hirify.global employer brand and introduce best practices to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience working at a fast-growth startup.
• Proven track record of hitting headcount targets without sacrificing candidate quality.
• Headhunter mindset with a preference for active sourcing over passive intake.
• Data, systems, and process-oriented approach to recruiting.
• Must be based in New York, NY.
