What you will do

• Own full-cycle recruiting across Engineering, Product, and Design pipelines.
• Partner directly with the CTO, Founders, and leadership on recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Utilize various sourcing tools to engage passive talent and manage inbound applications.
• Optimize recruiting tools, data, and reporting processes.
• Deliver a high-quality, "white-glove" candidate experience for all applicants.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in dynamic, fast-growing companies.
• Current authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI tools into daily workflows to increase efficiency.
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of workstreams and drive decisions independently.
• Ability to bring structure to ambiguous problems in a fast-moving environment.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
