Location: Must be based in New York City (hybrid schedule, 2+ days/week)

What you will do

  • Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings, including sourcing, screening, and pipeline management.
  • Partner with EPDA (Engineering, Product, Design, Analytics) and executive leadership to identify and execute hiring needs.
  • Execute proactive sourcing campaigns via job boards, social media, professional networks, and outside agencies.
  • Enhance the employer brand and implement best practices to set a gold standard for talent acquisition.
  • Ensure a high-quality, transparent, and considerate candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 1+ year of technical recruiting.
  • Experience working in a fast-growing, early-stage startup.
  • Proven track record of hitting and exceeding headcount targets without compromising quality.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be based in NYC for a hybrid work arrangement.
  • Expertise in leading TA tools with a data and process-oriented mindset.
