What you will do

• Oversee the operational delivery of global Learning & Development programs to ensure timely execution and alignment with priorities.
• Develop and maintain standardized processes and operational workflows for scalable learning delivery.
• Lead a team of L&D direct reports, providing coordination and leadership for program readiness.
• Manage logistics for in-person leadership programs, workshops, and events, including vendor and venue management.
• Support the administration and optimization of the Learning Management System (LMS) and track learning metrics.
• Manage internal communications and marketing for L&D programs via the company intranet.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Organizational Development, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, HR program management, or learning operations.
• 3+ years of people management experience with at least 2 direct reports.
• Must be based in the Bay Area CA, Austin TX, Arlington VA, or Redmond WA regions.
• Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to streamline workflows and improve business outcomes.
• Experience facilitating instructor-led classes in both virtual and in-person environments.

Nice to have

• 4+ years of experience managing logistics for in-person training and internal employee events.
• 3-4 years of experience in internal communications and program marketing.
• Proficiency with Docebo LMS, Skillsoft Percipio, or similar enterprise platforms.
• Knowledge of learning evaluation models such as ADDIE or Kirkpatrick.
