What you will do

• Own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for partner programs from requirements gathering to launch.
• Act as the primary day-to-day contact for partners, building trust and maintaining clear communication.
• Coordinate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and Customer Success teams to ensure milestones are met.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and drive resolution to keep initiatives on track.
• Prepare professional project documentation, status updates, and business reviews for stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate project records and communication history within CRM and project management systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in implementation management, project management, or program delivery.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with high attention to detail.
• Experience gathering business requirements and coordinating technical product launches.
• Strong communication skills with confidence in managing partner and executive-level updates.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
