Salary: $150,000.00 to $200,000.00 (USA)

What you will do

• Support technical sales conversations and lead technical discovery to help customers integrate hirify.global Search API into AI workflows.
• Build demos, notebooks, and proof-of-concepts for RAG, LLM applications, and agentic frameworks.
• Guide prospective customers from their first API call to a working integration, removing technical blockers.
• Develop and maintain technical guides, sample code, and FAQs to enhance the developer onboarding experience.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback on missing features and competitive gaps.
• Ensure seamless integration with AI tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, and Vercel AI SDK.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical sales or solutions engineering working with technical buyers and partners.
• Hands-on ability to write basic Python or JavaScript and test APIs using cURL or Postman.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including RAG, LLMs, agents, and the difference between lexical and semantic search.
• Deep commitment to developer experience (DX), including API documentation, rate limits, and error handling.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts in plain language for documentation and demo scripts.
• Must be based in the USA or Europe.

Nice to have

• Experience at developer-focused companies like Vercel, Supabase, Stripe, or HashiCorp.
• Existing familiarity with the AI builder ecosystem.
• Experience helping customers transition from evaluation to production environments.
