What you will do

• Develop and maintain master production schedules based on sales forecasts, inventory, and capacity.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse, and quality teams to ensure resource availability.
• Analyze demand forecasts and historical data to proactively adjust production plans.
• Monitor work-in-progress and finished goods to optimize flow and reduce excess inventory.
• Lead daily and weekly planning meetings to resolve constraints and communicate schedules.
• Mentor junior planners and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years in manufacturing planning.
• Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, preferably Oracle.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible for a government security investigation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Required to pass a pre-employment drug screen.

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles.
