Salary: $120,000–$170,000 Annually

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Supply Chain Program Managers to ensure consistent program execution.
• Manage quality, technical requirements, schedule, and cost for assigned programs using best-practice tools.
• Own program cost profiles and maintain Product Cost Books to ensure budget alignment.
• Ensure NPI milestones are met and coordinate cross-functional mitigation plans for schedule risks.
• Translate customer requirements into material strategies while ensuring compliance with FAR/DFAR and ITAR regulations.
• Represent Supply Chain in customer meetings, audits, and business proposals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or Engineering.
• 6-8+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, or program management.
• Proven experience in people leadership and program-level ownership.
• Knowledge of aerospace regulatory frameworks (FAR/DFAR, EAR/ITAR, REACH).
• Ability to work onsite in East Aurora, NY.
• Must be able to access U.S. export-controlled information.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in Supply Chain.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification.
• Experience with electronic components and complex regulated programs.
