Program Planner / Master Scheduler Sr. (Aerospace)

What you will do

• Design, maintain, and communicate the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and Integrated Master Plan (IMP) for programs.
• Develop and re-engineer the IMS by integrating supplemental schedules and Program Summary Master Schedules.
• Execute critical-path and risk analyses and document corrective actions for off-schedule tasks.
• Produce narrative support and schedule metrics for proposals, contracts, and "what-if" scenarios.
• Conduct independent network analyses and quality assessments for surveillance reviews.
• Represent the organization in customer interactions regarding schedule development and program status.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM), including Cost/Schedule Integration.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, projects, or programs.
• Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Deltek Open Plan, or Oracle Primavera.
• Experience in proposal development and Schedule Risk Assessment.
• Integrated Master Plan experience.
• Experience leading/managing a team and utilizing team-building skills.
