What you will do

• Use proposal plans and strategies to lead integrated program/product planning, including subcontractor and material plans.
• Identify needed resources, define and assign major program roles, and establish integrated WBS-based budget and schedule baselines.
• Monitor work completion against baseline plans to ensure schedule adherence.
• Balance program risks and opportunities with executable strategies to meet technical requirements and budgets.
• Manage cross-functional program teams in a matrix organization focused on delivery from design to release.
• Manage complex contracts and contract requirements while maintaining healthy customer relationships and preventing scope creep.

Requirements

• U.S. citizenship required
• DoD Secret clearance required at time of hire; ability to obtain DoD Top Secret with Polygraph eligibility required at time of hire
• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Proven experience managing critical customer relationships and protecting programs from scope creep
• Demonstrated ability to understand and manage complex contracts and contract requirements
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
