Location: Must be based in or able to work on-site at the Hanford Field Office in Richland, WA (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between DOE leadership and the contractor organization.
  • Lead program planning, execution, and integration of multidisciplinary technical and administrative teams.
  • Oversee project schedules, cost estimating, risk management, and earned value management (EVM).
  • Ensure full compliance with Federal, DOE, and contract-specific safety and security regulations.
  • Manage staffing levels and provide mentorship and performance management for assigned personnel.
  • Prepare and deliver high-level briefings and reports to DOE stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or Business Administration required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in program or project management within DOE, Federal, or large-scale technical environments.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOE security clearance.
  • Expertise in acquisition, budget, and contract management within a Federal context.
  • Strong understanding of environmental cleanup, nuclear operations, and compliance oversight.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.

Nice to have

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • PMP or equivalent professional certification.
  • DOE or Federal facility management certifications.
