Salary: $80,500 - $123,000

What you will do

• Lead multidisciplinary teams in the design and delivery of space electronics hardware.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain departments.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, identifying critical paths and risk mitigation strategies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee requirements definition, system architecture, and design review processes.
• Mentor team members to foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship required due to ITAR and contract requirements.
• 8-12 years of experience managing large-scale, complex, multi-million-dollar programs.
• Deep understanding of project management methodologies (PMBOK, ANSI, ISO).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and program management tools like Jira.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
