What you will do

• Manage strategic relationships with public power partners and identify growth opportunities in retail markets.
• Originate and advance data center infrastructure opportunities and lead customer-facing initiatives.
• Coordinate large load registrations and energy management optimization with Trading and Market Operations.
• Manage private use networks (PUN) in ERCOT and ensure compliance across markets.
• Advise on energy regulations and build relationships with utilities and regulators.
• Support the structuring and execution of retail supply agreements and long-term contracts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Expertise in project development, ERCOT/SPP load management, and trading desk operations.
• Deep understanding of RTO/ISO frameworks and regulatory processes.
• Proven experience managing large load customers and utility relationships.
• Strong commercial acumen and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Work authorization for the US is required (E-Verify)
