Growth Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid work from the San Francisco, New York, or Seattle hub in the United States

Salary: $178.5K–$220K base salary annually, plus equity, benefits, and an annual bonus or commission plan.

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end activation funnel for hirify.global Launch, from signup through first meaningful production usage.
• Define activation metrics, onboarding success criteria, and time-to-value targets.
• Design and run rapid experiments across onboarding, product experience, packaging, and messaging.
• Use funnel analysis, customer behavior data, interviews, and feedback to identify friction and unmet needs.
• Translate customer and operational insights into product improvements, roadmap priorities, and scalable playbooks.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Solutions Engineering, Support, GTM, and fintech ecosystem partners to drive activation and retention.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in Product Management, Growth, Product Operations, Solutions Engineering, or a similar role.
• Experience in fintech or adjacent markets such as payments, banking, lending, identity, fraud, or compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using product analytics, SQL, BI tools, or experimentation frameworks.
• Experience shipping products, features, experiments, or process improvements end-to-end.
• Comfort operating with high ownership in ambiguous, early-stage environments with limited structure.
