Salary: $135,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Own complex, ambiguous features end-to-end, delivering them in small, independently shippable increments.
• Write production-ready code and implement testing strategies based on risk and system impact.
• Respond to and resolve production incidents, implementing improvements to prevent recurrence.
• Integrate AI tools for code generation, debugging, and task decomposition into the daily workflow.
• Collaborate through actionable code reviews, documentation, and technical planning.
• Proactively identify and improve friction points in code, tooling, and internal processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer delivering customer-facing SaaS product features.
• Strong proficiency in backend languages such as Go, Java, Python, or C++.
• Deep understanding of scalable web architecture, API design, and performance optimization.
• Experience with AWS or GCP, as well as SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Proficiency in designing and writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Must be based in or be able to work from the Raleigh, NC office (hybrid).

• Experience mentoring engineers through code reviews and technical documentation.
