Staff Software Engineer

What you will do

• Contribute to the design and development of scalable, secure, and performant systems to modernize legacy platforms.
• Implement and extend SaaS and low-code/no-code platforms to accelerate delivery and reduce custom development.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver business-aligned solutions.
• Use rapid prototyping and iterative development to drive outcomes with pragmatic architectural decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers and help the team adopt best practices and agile/iterative ways of delivering solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP), serverless, and event-driven design.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms, low-code/no-code tools, and Gen AI technologies.
• Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and deliver high-quality software.
• Experience modernizing legacy systems or integrating with modern platforms.
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary: USD 170,000 - USD 190,000 yearly
