What you will do

• Apply quantitative analysis and statistical modeling to deliver objective, actionable data insights for informed business decisions.
• Drive timely decision-making to optimize how products are created, executed, and adopted.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, and designers to identify new opportunities within the roadmap.
• Build pragmatic, scalable, and statistically rigorous machine learning or statistical solutions for accurate predictions.
• Develop cross-functional partnerships and communicate best practices in quantitative analysis.
• Integrate AI tools to develop scalable data solutions while maintaining high accuracy and statistical integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of post-Bachelor’s experience in quantitative analysis and data science (or equivalent experience with Master's/PhD).
• Proficiency in SQL or similar big data querying languages.
• Expertise in programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong knowledge of applied statistical techniques, including inferential methods, causal methods, and A/B testing.
• Ability to design, implement, and track core metrics to analyze product performance.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in applied mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or economics.
• Experience in a product-focused role at a social media, online advertising, digital media, or mobile technology company.
• Experience using machine learning and statistical analysis for methodological research or data-driven product solutions.
