- Lead, coach, mentor, and manage the performance and development of data science analysts.
- Plan workloads, prioritize initiatives, allocate resources, and own delivery outcomes across multiple workstreams.
- Oversee data acquisition, transformation, statistical modeling, machine learning, AI system development, automation, and insight generation.
- Provide technical review and establish standards for validation, monitoring, evaluation, documentation, reproducibility, and responsible AI use.
- Guide the design of AI-enabled systems using prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, and agentic workflows.
- Partner with business, engineering, IT, and data platform stakeholders to move analytical and AI solutions from concept into production.

- At least 8 years of relevant experience in data analytics, statistics, data science, AI, financial consulting, computer science, or a related field.
- Experience with APIs, web scraping, SQL and NoSQL databases, and cloud-based data solutions.
- Supervisory experience with responsibility for team leadership and development.
- Bachelor's degree required; relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Preferred academic backgrounds include statistics, computer science, economics, analytics, data science, AI, or a related field.

- Master's degree in Data Science, Analytics, AI, or a related field.
- Experience with predictive modeling, computer vision, large language models, agent-based systems, RAG, embeddings, and agentic workflows.
