What you will do
- Lead the design, development, deployment, and operationalization of statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
- Translate client goals and business problems into modeling strategies, project plans, and deliverables.
- Guide production-level model pipelines using Databricks and Azure Machine Learning.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, clients, and strategic partners to integrate models into real-world applications.
- Monitor and improve model performance, reliability, and business relevance.
- Present analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences and promote responsible AI, data ethics, and model governance.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or predictive modeling.
- Experience leading sophisticated end-to-end data science initiatives and technical execution.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or SAS, plus advanced SQL and cloud experience with Azure or AWS.
- Expertise in regression, classification, clustering, A/B testing, and audience segmentation.
- Proficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for visualization and communication.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and Snowflake.
- Experience with modeling rigor and documentation standards in regulated industries such as financial services.
- Background in integrated marketing, digital agencies, marketing services, or consulting.
