Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Hybrid, approximately 3 days per week in-office in the Bay Area or NYC

What you will do

• Design and execute analyses that turn raw user behavior into actionable product insights.
• Work with engineering and product teams to frame ambiguous, high-stakes questions.
• Own A/B experiments from design and statistical analysis through interpretation and recommendations.
• Communicate complex findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Use AI tools to accelerate data exploration, analysis, insight delivery, and iteration.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in data science or analytics.
• Strong SQL, Python, and statistical modeling skills.
• Experience with A/B experimentation frameworks and statistical rigor.
• Ability to translate vague product questions into tractable data problems and actionable recommendations.
• Familiarity with at least one major cloud data stack, such as AWS, GCP, Databricks, or Snowflake.
• Daily use of AI tools for querying, modeling, data exploration, and communication.

Nice to have

• Experience in consumer products, media, gaming, or e-commerce.
• Prior collaboration with product or engineering teams in a fast-moving environment.
