Salary: $103,100–$171,800 USD annually

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for enterprise data analytics solutions.
• Design analytical architectures and implement systems and databases supporting end-user analytics.
• Apply statistical, programming, and engineering methods to data solutions.
• Build and optimize SQL-based analytical data structures.
• Guide BI platform selection, architecture, and standards while enforcing data quality and performance criteria.
• Evaluate solution options through cost-benefit and tradeoff analyses, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate recommendations to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• USCIS experience and DHS suitability.
• Experience developing and deploying AI, machine learning, and LLM solutions.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python or R, and visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Top-Secret clearance and onsite work in Camp Springs, Maryland are required.
