What you will do

• Apply quantitative analysis and statistical modeling to deliver actionable insights for product and business decisions.
• Design, implement, and track core metrics to analyze product performance and optimization.

• Utilize AI tools to develop scalable data solutions while maintaining high standards for statistical integrity.
• Create dashboards and reports to effectively communicate data-driven insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (statistics, mathematics, economics, CS, engineering) or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of post-Bachelor’s experience in quantitative analysis and data science.
• Proficiency in SQL or similar big data querying languages.
• Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
• Strong understanding of applied statistical techniques like inferential methods, causal methods, and A/B testing.
• Must be able to work onsite 4+ days per week in designated US office locations.

Nice to have

• Advanced degree in applied mathematics, statistics, actuarial science, or economics.
• Experience in a product-focused role within social media, online advertising, or mobile technology.
