What you will do

• Own end-to-end technical program delivery for French and European public sector and defence customers from deployment to production scaling.
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for departmental CIOs, IT directors, and technical teams.
• Translate complex public sector requirements (security, compliance, bilingualism, data sovereignty) into actionable engineering plans.
• Manage project schedules and dependencies across government departments, security authorities, and internal teams.
• Problem-solve complex technical challenges in air-gapped, on-premises, or highly regulated environments.
• Coordinate technical work across model customization, security hardening, and integration with government systems.

Requirements

• French citizenship and residency in France.
• Fluency in French and English.
• 6+ years of experience as a customer-facing Technical or Engineering Program Manager in AI/ML or enterprise software.
• Proven track record managing complex technical programs for government, defence, or heavily regulated customers.
• Strong understanding of cloud, on-premises, and air-gapped deployment architectures.
• Eligibility to obtain French government security clearance.

Nice to have

• Active French security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
• Working knowledge of LLMs, agentic systems, MCP, RAG, and fine-tuning.
• Experience with GC Cloud services (Azure, AWS GovCloud) or Protected B/C environments.
• Project management certification (PMP, PgMP).
