Program Manager with Fluent German & Dutch Skills

What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent software implementation projects from initiation through completion.
• Define project vision, align delivery with business goals, and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Manage project risks, resolve issues, remove obstacles, and handle customer escalations.
• Coordinate hirify.global departments, customer teams, and globally distributed virtual teams.
• Facilitate collaboration, participatory decision-making, and transparent stakeholder communication.
• Deliver measurable milestones and value to clients and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 8 years of project management experience in software implementation, preferably in Enterprise Information Management or Enterprise Content Management.
• PMI, PRINCE2, or comparable project management certification.
• Experience with both waterfall and agile project management approaches.
• Demonstrated ability to manage concurrent projects, solve problems, negotiate, and maintain quality.
• Experience managing customer expectations and escalations in a software vendor environment.
• Fluent German and/or Dutch, plus English, required in written and spoken communication.
