What you will do

• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops to define business needs.
• Translate operational requirements into structured BRDs and FRDs.
• Analyze legacy systems to identify inefficiencies and propose technical improvements.
• Create use cases and process maps to illustrate current and future state environments.
• Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical delivery teams.
• Facilitate and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate business requirements.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst.
• Extensive experience analyzing legacy systems and identifying process inefficiencies.
• Proven track record of serving as a liaison between business and IT teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in documenting complex requirements and guiding UAT.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences.
• Must be based in Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Strong background in data analysis and interpretation.
• Experience with business process reengineering and industry-standard mapping methodologies.
