What you will do

• Lead use case identification and prioritization activities with mission stakeholders.
• Gather and document requirements for technology integration pilots.
• Translate mission pain points into technology capability requirements and develop business cases.
• Define measurable objectives, success criteria, and metrics frameworks for pilot and production outcomes.
• Coordinate between technical teams and operational stakeholders.
• Document operational workflows and identify friction points for automation.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship and Active Secret clearance (TS/SCI preferred).
• Ability to obtain Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Entry on Duty (EOD) Suitability.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or requirements analyst.
• Strong skills in requirements gathering, use case development, and user story creation.
• Knowledge of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• BS in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related degree (or HS Diploma with 7+ years of relevant experience).

Nice to have

• Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs and knowledge of cybersecurity operations.
• Background in technology assessment or capability evaluation.
• Experience with agile requirements management.
• Certifications: DoD 8140 IAT Level II, ITIL, CBAP, PMI-PBA, or SaFE.
