Salary: $89,000–$135,000 USD (based on location zone)

What you will do

• Review and advise on enterprise-level communications and third-party advertising for regulatory adherence.
• Conduct principal-level review and approval of public-facing content.
• Provide early-stage compliance guidance to Marketing, PR, and Content teams.
• Draft practical internal guidelines to ensure consistent regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal counsel to ensure appropriate discipline in communication strategies.
• Develop and implement system improvements to enhance compliance oversight and scalability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a legal or compliance role within the financial services industry.
• 5+ years of experience in communications compliance or a related function.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks including FTC, SEC, FINRA, CFTC, or FCA.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for providing clear guidance to business partners.
• Experience managing complex compliance projects independently.
• Ability to work on-site at least 3 days per week in designated offices.

Nice to have

• Project management skillset.
• Experience with tools like Red Oak, Tableau, or Coda.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled business tools such as ChatGPT or Google Gemini.
