What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Development Executives to achieve annual sales targets.
• Champion a cross-practice convergence culture by integrating HRC services with Employee Benefits, Financial Services, and PEO offerings.
• Monitor pipeline health and forecast performance using D365 CRM to ensure practice growth.
• Drive the adoption of internal AI tools across the sales team to improve prospecting efficiency and sales cycle acceleration.
• Represent the practice at industry events and roundtables to build brand awareness and thought leadership.
• Partner with consulting delivery teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and alignment between sales and service capacity.

Requirements

• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
• 7+ years of combined HR consulting, sales leadership, or business development experience.
• 5+ years of sales management or team leadership experience in HR consulting, PEO, or professional services.
• Deep understanding of HR consulting models, employment compliance, and workforce strategy.
• Proven track record of leading teams to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools, preferably D365.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in an HR-related field.
• Professional designations such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP.
