Location: Must be based in New York, NY. This position is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office (increasing to four days per week starting January 5, 2026).

Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year.

What you will do

• Own the statistical rigor of the incrementality testing program, including study design and vendor method evaluation.
• Define the testing roadmap, hypotheses, and power thresholds in collaboration with Media Analytics leadership.
• Perform independent validations of vendor deliverables using SQL, R, or Python to identify design defects or leakage.
• Triangulate experiment results with Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA) to ensure a unified measurement view.
• Manage day-to-day vendor relationships, prioritizing the study backlog and maintaining testing schedules.
• Produce defensible readouts and decision memos to guide in-market execution and budget pacing.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in marketing/media experimentation with direct design and QA ownership.
• Proven command of causal inference (RCT, geo, diff-in-diff, holdouts) and ability to evaluate vendor assumptions.
• Strong technical proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with R or Python is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with power analysis and common failure modes like seasonality and leakage.
• Experience with platform-level incrementality (Google, Meta, TikTok) and CTV/Device environments (Roku, Samsung, Vizio).
• Ability to work in a highly matrixed environment and influence cross-functional stakeholders.
