Salary: $105,435.13 – $116,380.66 USD

What you will do

• Lead and own the station-facing insights service, developing subject-matter expertise on station audiences.
• Conduct monthly webinars and manage newsletters to provide analysis on Network-wide trends and best practices.
• Build and sustain consultative relationships with station executives and stakeholders.
• Oversee compliance with data collection standards and troubleshoot tracking implementation on digital platforms.
• Act as a station ambassador to inform internal roadmaps, services, and research based on station needs.
• Develop training materials, guides, and documentation for stations and hirify.global staff.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in website/app analytics or audience behavioral data.
• 1+ years of experience in direct customer or stakeholder support in a consultative capacity.
• Proven expertise in advanced SQL (window functions, complex joins) and Google Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for complex data manipulation and visualization.
• Strong public speaking skills with the ability to explain quantitative data to non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience working in a news or media organization.
• Applied knowledge of SEO and 3rd party platform algorithms.
• Experience managing tracking systems with Google Tag Manager.
• Ability to manipulate and clean data using R or Python.
