What you will do

• Build and maintain client reporting dashboards in Domo.
• Deliver weekly and monthly readouts of key insights and proposed actions.
• Develop predictive models to forecast future performance.
• Partner with Data Engineering to automate reporting using AI tools.
• Communicate performance results and recommendations directly to clients.
• Evaluate AI-enabled tools to enhance marketing measurement and campaign optimization.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Superior, CO.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, marketing, or business field.
• Up to 5 years of experience in analytics or a comparable role.
• Proficiency in SQL for querying and validating data.
• Experience with statistical and predictive modeling using Python or R.
• Advanced Excel skills including data modeling and complex formulas.

Nice to have

• Experience with BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI governance.
• Experience with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
