What you will do

• Own the affiliate revenue stream, including channel growth, partner performance, and GMV contribution.
• Negotiate commercial terms and program structures with affiliate brokers and retailers to maximize value.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted dashboards, reporting systems, and automated workflows to monitor partner health.
• Analyze performance gaps and revenue leakage to identify and execute high-impact optimization opportunities.
• Partner with Product and Marketing teams to align affiliate strategies with broader company goals.
• Develop repeatable playbooks and systems to ensure the affiliate function is scalable and measurable.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Meaningful experience in affiliate partnerships, performance marketing, or revenue optimization.
• Strong analytical capability with a track record of driving revenue growth through data-driven insights.
• High technical fluency and comfort building reporting, automations, and AI-assisted tools.
• Deep comfort using AI as a primary working tool for analysis, forecasting, and workflow design.
• Strong commercial judgment and negotiation instincts.

• Experience in e-commerce, retail partnerships, or marketplaces.
• Prior experience in the fintech industry.
