What you will do

• Own the end-to-end re-engagement roadmap for annuity products to move prospects through a complex sales funnel.
• Build automated interventions including email, SMS, and landing pages to reduce agent workload.
• Develop self-serve client tools such as calculators and dashboards to empower user-led progression.
• Execute high-velocity A/B testing across channels to optimize conversion rates and offer structures.
• Collaborate with the Data team to build dynamic user segments and ensure personalized messaging.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive shared OKRs and strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US
• 6+ years of experience in growth, lifecycle, or CRM roles within B2C tech, fintech, or insurtech.
• Hands-on expertise with enterprise marketing automation tools like Braze, Iterable, or HubSpot.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and performance analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in cohort retention, LTV, and statistical significance.
• Proven ability to write high-converting copy for complex financial products.
