What you will do
- Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns (email, content, webinars, digital, social) to drive sales-qualified pipeline and revenue.
- Design and implement customer nurture programs and upsell/cross-sell initiatives to increase lifetime value.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline generation, bookings, and conversion rates.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, sales, and product marketing to align campaigns with GTM strategies.
- Manage third-party activities and vendor partnerships to maximize ROI.
- Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and facilitate stakeholder communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
- 4-6 years of growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise software.
- Must be based in the USA.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Pardot is a significant plus).
- Experience using web analytics and BI tools for performance reporting.
- Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, intent-based marketing, and multi-touch attribution.
Nice to have
- Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and deploying agentic marketers.
- Domain knowledge in financial software, equity compensation, cap table management, or HR technology.
- Experience working with PE-backed companies or high-growth SaaS environments.
- Experience with webinar programming and vendor partnership management.
