TL;DR

Growth Marketing Manager (Fintech): Driving growth strategy and execution for the Equity business unit with an accent on customer acquisition, engagement, and expansion throughout the customer lifecycle. Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

What you will do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel growth campaigns (email, content, webinars, digital, social) to drive sales-qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Design and implement customer nurture programs and upsell/cross-sell initiatives to increase lifetime value.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics including MQLs, pipeline generation, bookings, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with digital marketing, sales, and product marketing to align campaigns with GTM strategies.
  • Manage third-party activities and vendor partnerships to maximize ROI.
  • Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and facilitate stakeholder communications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Marketing or Business.
  • 4-6 years of growth marketing, demand generation, or lifecycle marketing experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B enterprise software.
  • Must be based in the USA.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and marketing automation tools (Pardot is a significant plus).
  • Experience using web analytics and BI tools for performance reporting.
  • Strong understanding of B2B buyer journeys, intent-based marketing, and multi-touch attribution.

Nice to have

  • Experience with AI-powered marketing tools and deploying agentic marketers.
  • Domain knowledge in financial software, equity compensation, cap table management, or HR technology.
  • Experience working with PE-backed companies or high-growth SaaS environments.
  • Experience with webinar programming and vendor partnership management.
