What you will do

• Design, install, support, and repair Giant Voice and Audio-Visual Notification Systems (AVNS) at various field locations.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software malfunctions and perform routine maintenance.
• Document repair information and maintain service manuals.
• Operate heavy-duty equipment including boom lifts, scissor lifts, and bucket trucks at heights of 20-80 feet.
• Collaborate with engineering, security, and site administration teams to address customer feedback.
• Communicate effectively with internal partners and government customers.

Requirements

• DoD Secret Clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Emergency Management systems (Giant Voice or LMR).
• Ability to travel 75% of the time.
• Physical ability to lift 70lbs and work at significant heights.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
