What you will do

• Proactively manage collections on outstanding invoices through phone and email outreach.
• Perform customer reconciliations and analysis regarding past-due balances.
• Maintain accurate collection notes and tags to support management reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline communication and resolve complex account issues.
• Identify and suggest process improvements to enhance billing efficiency and optimize workflows.
• Support the broader finance team with cash application, invoicing, and month-end close deliverables.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 2-5 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable in a high-growth environment.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, complex formulas).
• Experience managing escalated customer matters with professionalism and tact.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external customers.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with Tesorio or other collections management systems.
