What you will do

• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial fleet accounts, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
• Process cash, check, and EFT/ACH payments within the accounting system.
• Investigate and resolve account discrepancies by communicating with internal teams, dealers, and customers.
• Monitor past due accounts and coordinate with the collections department to resolve outstanding balances.
• Maintain accurate fleet vehicle inventory and prepare financial reports for management.
• Audit customer account billing, payment, and repair information for accuracy.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven background in Accounts Receivable and bookkeeping.
• Strong mathematical skills and high attention to detail.
• Elevated proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work onsite in Dearborn, MI.
